Property management and residential

These are most effective repair and assessment services we offer to improve your sidewalk conditions for your community.

trip hazard removal

Sidewalk trip hazard removal involves using a diamond blade to cut through uneven sidewalk panels to remove the hazard. In operation it has little impact on the community, and at a fraction of the cost and time of replacement with a clean aesthetic finish. It can be utilized virtually anywhere at any length, and can remove up to half the thickness of a panel (sidewalks are generally 4 “ thick).
    driveway letdown
 wheelchair rampS
Cutting down the sidewalk towards the road to ease your vehicles transition back into the driveway. often removes the need for use of rubber driveway ramps
Wheelchair ramps can be cut in at street corner, sort of like a bowl shape to bring down concrete, or sometimes, we can make something unique for access to your home
    curb Restoration
      asphalt cuts
We can cut down curbs to sunken panels, repour lengths of curbs or bullnose that has been damaged
After repaving the roads, you can end up with built up asphalt often in front of your wheel chair ramps. We can bevel these back down at sidewalk transitions

resurfacing

Resurfacing is a great option when sections of panels are spalling ontop (holes and pits) but the structure of the concrete underneath is intact. We use a structural concrete  that adheres to the top of a prepped panel to create an aesthetically pleasing finish that makes the sidewalk look brand new

Property Repair

We can do most carpentry related tasks. This could be repouring bollards for knocked over street signs, cutting channels with grates for drainage, or  car curb stops

stair resurface

Stairs are often in good structural condition, often worn down from chemicals salt and clearing the snow. Resurfacing can refinish your stairs making them look brand new again

stairs

Step adjustment

Stair steps can be redone to adjust to bad slopes, to to move steps on more desirable place

New Stair Project

looking for a new set of stairs to the backyard? we can do that.

concrete

Structural Concrete is a great option with proper preparation when aesthetics are a concern. It has clean lines, and patches always look professional.

Patching

Rubber

Rubber is  the toughest patching material we have come across. It has various colour options to match. What makes it a viable option, is it’s near impossible to remove and we have never seen it fail. For safety, there is nothing better.

                Curb

Structural concrete is a great options to replace erosion in curb walls or damage from heavy equipment. Patches take on a form that make the curb section look as though it has been replaced with a brand new section.

                 Asphalt

Asphalt is generally used to fill gaps leading to a sidewalk ramp, or to quickly build a ramp up from the road. In some cases, it can be used to fill major potholes for safety.

concrete replacement

On every property there will be some panels that just aren’t worth trying to repair. Too many cracks, too much erosion or the repair we could implement just isn't going to last with the current panel conditions ( or maybe you just want a new walkway up to your door). When those conditions come up, we recommend replacement

      concrete addition

extending the driveway is often possible (depending on local codes and current size). additions like this are no problem. or Maybe you need to just replace a broken panel
